What plans can I start with?
Use a readable PDF page or PNG, JPEG or WebP image, with known dimensions. The upload flow starts with one floor. For DWG or DXF, export a PDF or use your own assistant’s converter. Measured sketches can also help; missing dimensions cannot be verified from the image alone. See the plan checklist.
How is my home prepared?
Sign in to upload a floor plan or describe your space in chat. Stayi creates an editable draft that you can compare with the drawing, correct and save privately. You can also use your own AI assistant or draw the plan yourself. Uploads currently handle one floor at a time, not a complete drawing set. Check the layout and important dimensions; this isn’t instant or certified conversion.
Can I use the measurements to build?
Use them to explore fit and compare ideas. They come from the model and depend on the drawings and details supplied. Check critical dimensions on site before ordering furniture, making cabinetry or starting construction.
