Try a furnished home first
Walk through the sample, change its flooring, and move the furniture. It’s a fictional home, so you can experiment without changing anyone’s project.
Add your own plans
Private homes and plan preparation are currently invitation-only. Public self-service signup is not open yet. Signing in alone does not unlock home creation.
If you’ve been invited, sign in with the account on your invitation. Then upload your plans for review or connect your assistant to prepare a draft.
Before you start
Can I use Stayi without an account?
Yes. The sample home and floor-plan editor are free to use without signing in. Download your drawing as a project file to keep it; the standalone drawing page does not save to a cloud account.
Can I sign up and upload my own plans?
Private homes and plan review are currently invitation-only. Signing in does not automatically grant access to create a home. If you have an invitation, use the sign-in link on this page. Public self-service enrollment is not open yet.
Can my AI assistant create a home from my drawings?
An invited owner can connect a compatible assistant through MCP and authorize a separate draft. The assistant reads the drawings you provide and uses layout tools. You review the result and choose whether to save it. The connector does not read local files on its own or verify architectural accuracy.
How much does it cost?
The sample and standalone drawing editor are free. Pricing for private homes and plan preparation has not been published, and there is no public checkout yet. Your AI provider may charge for its own service.
Can I build from the model’s measurements?
Measurements describe the model, not a site survey. Check critical dimensions on site and with your architect before ordering furniture, making cabinetry or building.
