About these terms
These terms govern your use of Stayi, operated by Greyi LLC (“we”, “us”). They cover our website, planning tools, connectors and available private workspace features. They do not govern unrelated Greyi LLC products.

You must be an adult legally able to enter an agreement. If you use Stayi for a company or another person, you must have authority to do so. A separately agreed written service order may set additional terms for a specific service.
What Stayi does—and does not do
Stayi helps you visualize a home, inspect a model, measure model-space distances, arrange furniture and compare finishes. It can accept a model created by you or your AI assistant, and it provides deterministic checks and calculation tools. These checks test supported geometry and consistency. They do not establish that the model correctly represents the original drawing or the actual property.
Models, measurements, colors, furniture dimensions and AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Stayi is not an architectural, engineering, surveying, permit or building-code certification service. Check important dimensions on site and consult the appropriate qualified professional before building, ordering, demolishing or making a safety-related decision. Displayed finishes are not physical material samples. Do not rely on a walkthrough to establish accessibility, fire safety, structural adequacy or regulatory compliance.
The fictional sample is not your home. An unreviewed model does not become approved because it loads, passes validation, is saved or is shared. Supported file formats, limits and client capabilities can differ; an agent’s claim that it performed an action is not a Stayi receipt or confirmation.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the plans, models, images and other material you provide. You must have permission to use and disclose that material. Possessing or finding a drawing online does not necessarily give you the right to upload, publish or commercially reuse it. Do not submit access codes, private credentials or unnecessary personal information about occupants or other people.
You grant Greyi LLC a non-exclusive license to process, store, reproduce and display your content only as needed to provide the Stayi features you request, including requested support, review and sharing. This does not give us ownership of your designs or permission to put your home in a public gallery. Permissions you grant to other recipients or AI providers are separate.
Our software, branding and supplied assets remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. Downloading a connector package does not make Stayi’s private source repository open source. Do not claim that Stayi, an architect or a regulator approved a model when no such approval occurred.
Local work, accounts and sharing
Keep your own downloaded copies. Browser autosave and a temporary connector preview are not cloud backups or a promise of indefinite storage. Check the application’s confirmation after a cloud save. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or recovery of a lost local file.
Protect your account and connector credentials, use only access you are authorized to hold, and notify us of suspected misuse. Private enrollment and features may be limited. Connecting an AI does not let it bypass owner permissions or automatically save, share or approve your home.
You choose when to invite viewers or enable a public link. A public link is forwardable; recipients can take screenshots or make copies. Revocation does not retract existing copies. Moving a home to Trash and cancelling a review are not permanent deletion. See the privacy policy for data handling and requests.
AI providers and other services
You choose and manage your AI assistant and other connected services. Their availability, model usage limits, charges and data practices are governed by their own terms. Stayi does not guarantee that every client supports the same tools or embedded viewer. You remain responsible for reviewing proposed output before relying on it.
The public Stayi connector does not charge hosted inference credits or invoke an AI model. This does not make your AI provider’s service free. Sign in with ChatGPT subscription inference is not currently enabled on Stayi.
Fees and acceptable use
The current public local editor and stateless connector have no Stayi checkout or subscription charge. Any future paid service requires a separate offer showing its scope, price and applicable payment, cancellation and refund terms before you purchase. These terms do not authorize a recurring charge.
Do not use Stayi to infringe others’ rights, expose private information without permission, distribute malicious content, attack the service, evade rate limits, access another person’s account or misrepresent a model’s accuracy. We may restrict access reasonably needed to prevent abuse, address a legal requirement or protect the service. A restriction does not automatically authorize public disclosure of your content.
Service limitations and changes
Stayi is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Greyi LLC does not warrant that the service or its output will be error-free, continuously available or suitable for a particular construction or purchasing decision. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
We may update features or these terms. Changes will be posted with a new effective date, with additional notice or agreement where required. If a change does not work for you, stop using the affected service and contact us about exporting retained work. We will not treat a later change as permission for a previously unauthorized use of your content.
