Make a 3D model
from your floor plan.
You don’t need to draw in 3D. Bring the plans you have and the questions you want to answer.
Sign in to start with a floor plan, open a model from your AI, or draw it yourself. Your home stays private unless you share it.
Bring your latest drawings.
A readable floor plan and a few known dimensions are the best starting point. Choose the current drawing—not an earlier layout—and check any missing measurements.
- Floor plans
- Start with a PDF page or PNG, JPEG or WebP image. For DWG or DXF, export a PDF or use your own assistant’s local converter.
- Sections & elevations
- These help your assistant establish floor heights, windows and stair landings.
- Recent changes
- Identify the current drawings and any later changes before your assistant starts.
- Your questions
- A furniture layout, how rooms connect, or a finish you’re unsure about.
Only have a sketch or room map?
Include measured wall lengths, ceiling heights, and door and window positions. A robot-vacuum map can help explain how rooms connect, but it isn’t a measured building plan. Without enough measurements, the layout can only be approximate.
Prefer to draw it yourself? Draw your floor plan, add doors and windows, then explore it in 3D. Sign in to draw; save privately or download your project to keep it.
Choosing a file does not send it anywhere. When you choose Create 3D draft, Stayi intelligence processes the selected drawing, measurements and description. Your original PDF and other pages stay on your device. See our privacy information for processing details. Your own assistant processes files under its provider’s policies. Save or download your project before leaving.
Check the layout.
Then make it yours.
Create a draft
At Start your home, choose a page, crop to one floor and set its scale using known dimensions. Choose Create 3D draft to use Stayi intelligence. This import does not combine floors or build stairs. You can also open a model from your own AI.
Compare it with your drawings
The upload flow shows the draft walls over your selected drawing before you open 3D. Check room boundaries and doorways. Keep making changes in Chat, or choose Edit plan to adjust the drawing yourself. Changes have Undo; check each result against your plans. Your own AI can also create and revise a project. Geometry checks are not a guarantee that the drawing was read correctly.
Look at it together.
Save to My homes, then choose who can view it. You can also send a downloaded project to someone who signs in to open their own copy.
In My homes → Share, invite specific people or turn on Anyone with the link. Guests can explore and measure without editing your original.
A public link can be forwarded and includes saved design options and drawing overlays. Disable or replace it at any time; copies already downloaded cannot be recalled.
Before you order
or build.
- Verify critical dimensions on site
- Check before ordering furniture, making cabinetry or building. Review discrepancies with your architect.
- Colors are not material samples
- See physical samples in your own light before choosing a finish.
- Use the floor selector between levels
- You can’t yet walk continuously up stairs. Editing a wall in the model does not establish whether changing the real wall is structurally safe. Keep a downloaded project backup as well as your original drawings.
