Who we are
Stayi is operated by Greyi LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle information when you use Stayi’s website, planning tools, connectors and private pilot workspaces. It does not cover unrelated Greyi LLC products.

What we receive and why
Local planning. When you open a project, drawing, furniture model or finish image in the local editor, the editor processes it in your browser. Some tools retain work in browser storage. Opening a file locally does not, by itself, submit it for review or save it to a cloud account. Downloading a project creates a file on your device. Browser storage can be cleared or lost; keep a downloaded copy of work you want to retain.
Public remote connector. When your assistant calls our public MCP or REST tools, Stayi receives the supplied geometry, measurements, source descriptions and other tool arguments. These can contain personal information if you or your assistant include it. We process that input to check the model, calculate a result and return a preview or project to your assistant. This connector does not create a saved cloud home, fetch your original files, call a hosted AI model or use an account token. Its application code does not log request bodies. This does not mean network or security records are absent.
Private workspaces and source reviews. If you have access and explicitly save or submit work, we receive the information needed for that feature. This can include your name, email and account identifier; plans and file names; home models, source evidence, furniture and finishes; saved views and measurements; sharing choices; and review messages, issue reports and delivery records. We use it to store and retrieve your work, enforce access, provide requested reviews and corrections, and support the service. Authorized reviewers can open and download the source packets you submit for review. Upload only material you are authorized to provide, and remove unnecessary personal or security information.
Support. We receive messages and attachments you choose to send us and use them to respond and investigate the issue. Avoid sending passwords, API keys, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
Website operations. Our infrastructure providers receive connection and request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, time, response status and performance or security events. Stayi uses this for delivery, troubleshooting, performance measurement and abuse prevention. The public connector uses IP-based rate limits and sampled request logging with query-string redaction. Cloudflare performance monitoring is also present on the public site; it is separate from your home model.
Who can receive information
Service providers process information needed to operate Stayi. Cloudflare delivers the public site and remote connector. The existing private pilot uses Google/Firebase for sign-in, storage and backend services. Authorized Stayi support or review personnel can access information needed for your request. We do not make a private home public merely because you create or save it.
If you invite someone or enable a public link, that person or anyone with the link can view the included home information. A public link can be forwarded. Revoking it stops subsequent access through Stayi; it cannot recall screenshots, downloads or copies someone already obtained.
Your AI assistant or connector host receives inputs and returned results under its own terms and privacy policy. Attaching a plan to an assistant may disclose the original plan to that provider even when Stayi receives only geometry. The local connector offers a way to run Stayi’s geometry checks on your machine, but it does not control what your assistant sends elsewhere.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or threats to people’s safety. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Storage, retention and your choices
Local browser data stays until the browser or you remove it, subject to device and browser behavior. We cannot remotely delete your downloads or your assistant provider’s copies. The public remote connector processes input for the request rather than retaining a saved home; infrastructure records have separate retention practices.
Saved private homes, source-review files and associated records are retained to provide those features. Trash is recoverable storage, not permanent deletion. Cancelling a review withdraws reviewer access but does not erase the owner’s source packet or delivered model. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us at the address above. We may need to verify control of the account and explain any lawful retention requirement or technical limitation. Deleting content is not the same as deleting security records or copies held by another recipient. Do not assume a deletion has completed without our confirmation.
You can download your work, clear local browser storage, change available sharing settings and revoke a private connector’s access. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. Contact us to exercise them; this policy does not limit those rights.
Cookies, tracking and processing locations
Browser storage supports local projects, and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication. The public site does not include advertising pixels or a Stayi cross-site advertising profile. Stayi does not currently change its application behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. Providers and services you choose to connect may have separate practices.
Our infrastructure and connected services may process information in the United States and other locations. Do not treat a hosting region as a guarantee that all information or support processing remains in that region.
Children and updates
Stayi is intended for adults planning or communicating home designs, not for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate.
We will post revisions here with an updated effective date. For a material change affecting information already collected, we will provide any additional notice or choice required by applicable law.
