Start your home.
Choose the route that matches what you have. Start with one room or floor and one decision you want to make.
What are you starting with?
Sign in to create or open your own home. Try the fictional sample without an account.
Save and share your home
Sign in with an email code or Google. Your homes are private by default. Invite someone to view a home or enable a public, view-only link. Disable the link whenever you want.
Opening a project doesn’t upload it. Choose Save to My homes when you’re ready to keep it in your account.
Not sure where to start?
Check a furniture layout or review remodel plans. If you get stuck, contact Stayi with the decision you’re trying to make. Please don’t email private plans or an address in your first message.
Before you start
Can I use Stayi without an account?
The fictional sample, marketing pages and public AI connector need no account. Creating, opening or editing your own home requires sign-in. Public view-only links work without an account when the owner explicitly enables them.
Can I sign up and upload my own plans?
Sign in with an email code or Google, then open a Stayi model from your AI or draw a plan yourself. Your home stays private. Original PDFs and CAD files go to your assistant; Stayi opens the model it returns. Opening a file does not upload it—choose Save to My homes.
Can my AI assistant create a home from my drawings?
Yes, if it can read your drawings and produce the documented model format. The local MCP connector checks layouts and exports projects; compatible browser agents can stage one after you enable WebMCP. Open and review it against your plans. Neither route verifies architectural accuracy. Sign in to review and save the project. The connector cannot access saved homes.
How much does it cost?
Local agent-created models, the sample and drawing editor are free. Your AI provider may charge for usage. Private cloud and assisted preparation pricing has not been published. There is no public checkout.
Can I build from the model’s measurements?
Measurements describe the model, not a site survey. Check critical dimensions on site and with your architect before ordering furniture, making cabinetry or building.
